Overall fine Pho spot. Portions are large, big bowls. Our server was quite cheerful, always smiling at us. That made our night! I ordered the Mixed (pho biet). They give plenty of mint + bean sprouts + jalapenos, and the broth tastes good! Nothing too special to add or talk about, but definitely a solid spot, and I would come back.

My wife and I have been here several times. So many times now that the gentleman who takes our order has it memorized. We get the Pho with chicken and vegetable spring rolls. Everyone working here is friendly and pleasant and the Pho is consistently great.

I was visiting Vegas and this spot is so nice, I ate it twice! Some of the best pho I've ever had. The broth is filled with aromatic anise and with every sip, I felt myself being rejuvenated. The meat portions are plentiful and the fresh herbs are gorgeous. I also loved that my pho was loaded with green onions and white onions alike. Just added to the already fantastic flavor profile. The egg rolls were hot and crispy. I would definitely order them again. It's a nice little fried indulgence that pairs well with the hot soup. The service was quick and they immediately welcomed us in. I loved the bright and airy ambience. Safe to say I will definitely be back upon my next visit!

Overall: 4.5/5 (dine in) Pho King looks like your typical Vietnamese restaurant with a basic level of service. It was quiet when we came in for dinner on a Sunday night so it was a tense atmosphere for a little while but the delicious food made up for that. Bánh Mì With Pork ($9.25): The banh mi is perfectly toasted. Crispy on the edges but soft on the inside. Flavors are subtle but there. Love their charbroiled pork which was the star of the show. Pho-King Stone Pho ($23.95): This was pricey but worth it! You get a good amount of angus beef slices (4.3-5 ozs) that you cook yourself on a sizzling hot lave stone. Put butter on the stone before you put the meat on to avoid it sticking on the stone. It will still get a nice char mark and will taste so much better! I'm not sure what the other two sauces were but they didn't really compliment the beef. Now the pho bowl was huge and enough for 2 people. The broth was amazing; I didn't have to add additional any sauce. This was one of the best pho broth I had in Vegas! Bún Dac Biet (Special Bún): This was also a huge bowl that could be shared. Lots of veggies so it was refreshing. The egg roll was alright, the shrimp was good, but the pork was the best. Grilled Pork Chop ($7): Kinda dry and not that flavorful. Shrimp Patty ($7): Comes with two fried shrimp patty strips which were hard and dry. Hard pass.

Walk in, put your name of the waitlist. I was immediately seated as there wasn't much of a crowd and it was a Sunday evening. Service was prompt and welcoming. Literally the best Pho I've had in Vegas (so far). Tried the grilled chicken pho. The broth was so flavorful I didn't even need to add plum sauce or sriracha (I did anyway because hey, it's how I like it). The chicken is grilled and comes on the side. I had to cut it up myself with a butter knife - was a little challenging. One thing I'd request next time is that they cut it up prior to serving it on the side. The Thai tea was massive and plenty! I'd definitely return to try more Pho options. I had plenty of Pho to take home and the broth stayed brothy (is that a word? It is now) overnight in the fridge, it didn't stiff up (IYKYK). Love it. Natural ingredients and seasonings used!

This is one of our go to pho place in the area. Broth are consistent and service are great. Good solid spot if you want pho or other dishes Recently we have tried their other new item. Hazelnut Vietnamese coffee and hot stone pho. You basically cook the steak on the hot plate. It was so fun and delicious. Definitely worth to try. It was $23 per order but you get good amount of steak for it. There were some dipping sauces for the steak too. If I ever feel like cooking again will definitely order one.

We were craving pho again and decided to give another spot close by a shot. I'll start with the good: the food is great! Pho is served in a large bowl with tons of broth and meat. Pricing is very competitive. The pho tasted good and I felt really full and nourished after consuming 75% of mine. The place was really busy and almost all the tables were taken, which is a good sign. Service was good. We were seated immediately and served in a timely manner. They seem to have a good system down and can handle a large number of dine-in patrons as well as take-out customers at the same time. The ambience isn't the nicest, but the food here is so good that it really doesn't matter. Since the quality of the food matters the most... and it's really, really good here, this is definitely one of the best choices for pho in Henderson. The pho broth is one of the best and portions are huge. So far, they've also been pretty consistent.
